Suchi Dutta

Hi, I am Suchi Dutta. I am a baker and a food stylist by profession. I am guilty of admitting that cooking is my first love but I love baking equally or maybe more (sorry). More so, thanks to my inquisitive nature, I absolutely love learning the science behind using each ingredient in baking. I belong to that heard who quit her 9-5 job to do something I was thoroughly passionate about. I own a baby Home bakery business in my hometown Kolkata called “21 Baker Street”. I am self-taught and not afraid to teach. I think that would be it from me.
