  • My favourite dates are Medjool; I used to really enjoy the Iranian dates but will not buy the only ones available here: Israeli Medjool.
    Meanwhile Tunisian deglet Noor are a substitute.

    As a health concern person i prefer dates as only sugary food accept fruits, but i want to know is there any bad effect for which i should maintain the amount of my intake or is date really healthy? i like it but i am confused that i should keep it in my diet or exclude it for my well being .now i am eating amber dates is it okay? which breed of date will be best for me?
