Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe

Take a mixing bowl and mix melted butter, garlic, chili flakes, and oregano in it and keep it aside.

In a different bowl, mix refined sugar and yeast with lukewarm water. Keep it aside until yeast froths.

In a mixing bowl, take flour, salt, oil, and yeast solution. Start kneading the dough by adding water to it.

Initially, the dough will be sticky. Take this dough out on a lightly floured surface and keep kneading for 10 minutes. You will get a soft, smooth and non-sticky dough. Now place this dough into a greased bowl and cover it with cling wrap. Let it rest until it doubles in volume.

Once dough doubles in volume, take it out on a floured surface and punch it to release the air.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll the dough into a sheet of approx. ½” thickness.

Spread the prepared stuffing evenly.

Flip from one side to make a semi-circle. Now brush it with butter and sprinkle seasoning on it.

Transfer it to a greased pan and cut it into sticks.

Preheat the oven at 200 °C for 10 min. Place the pan in the oven and bake it for 20 min at 200 °C.

    Tried this receipe.dough was very sticky.was not able to knead properly. Had to keep in the oven in the form of loaf.came out really nice .Crust was little hard.

    I tried ur recipe today adter gathering lot of courage for the fear of failure..but to an extent succeeded in making it.
    I hd doubts as to third step asked for oil whereas its nt mentioned in the list of ingredients. Somehow managed to pull it off. I did a misake of not dividing the dough into two parts but baked the whole dough into a single bread thats y i guess the breaf went a little dry…or can u put light into this..
    Secondly the garlic bread didnt give a good colour its was just baked completely with no color…But thankfully the taste was good…
    Finally thanks to u i gave a try to breads..looking forward to try your ladipav recipe in tbis quarantine period..

      I have mentioned butter/oil. So based upon your choice you can use any. Secondly, Bread baking needs practice. More you bake, better it will be.

      And you will fine 2-3 different recipes of Ladi pav on my blog. Just check that.
