Gluten Free Energy Balls recipe with Dates | No Bake Energy Balls
Loaded with the goodness of dry fruits these no bake energy balls are rich source of protein. These no bake energy balls are extremely easy to make at home.
Servings: 20 Balls
- 200 gm Dates Deseeded
- 50 gm Almonds
- 50 gm Cashew
- 25 gm Watermelon Seeds
- 25 gm Walnuts
- 25 gm Pistachio
In a jar take all the nuts except dates and grind them.
Now take dates in jar and grind the dates.
Mix crushed dates and grinded nuts well.
In case you feel the mixture is tough to bind then you can add 1 tsp of honey to it.
Now prepare small size balls from the prepared mixture.
I got 20 protein balls with this measurement.
