Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  • 100 gm Gulab Jamun Mixture
  • 100 gm Organic Sugar Powdered
  • 50 gm Oats
  • 60 gm Raisins
  • 80 gm Butter Unsalted
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  • In a large mixing bowl, take butter and sugar. Whisk these until you get a soft creamy mixture.
  • Add Gulab Jamun mixture, salt, oats and raisins.
  • Combine these all and make a dough.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper or simply grease it with butter.
  • Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
  • Roll each portion into a smooth round ball and slightly flatten it.
  • Place the shaped cookies on baking tray leaving some space in-between.
  • Preheat the oven at 160 °C for 10 minutes.
  • Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 160 °C for 15-18 minutes or until edges turn golden.
  • Once done, take out these cookies from oven and place on wired rack.
  • Allow to cool before serving. Gulab Jamun Cookies with oats and raisins are ready.
