In a large mixing bowl, mash all the bananas and make puree.
Add Oil, Essence, Jaggery powder and cinnamon powder. Mix well.
In a sifter, take wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt. Sieve all the dry ingredients.
Now add slowly and gradually all the dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix well using cut and fold method.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Pour this mixture into a greased bread loaf tin.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
Once done, Take the tin out of the oven and de-mould the bread. Place it on a wired rack to cool completely.
Now slice and serve your healthy Banana Bread.
