- In a bowl take flour, jaggery powder, salt and baking powder. 
- Mix all the dry ingredients. 
- Add clarified butter into the dry ingredients and start mixing it. 
- Start adding milk to bind the mixture. 
- Prepare the dough and transfer it onto a butter paper. 
- With the help of a rolling pin, roll the sheet evenly. 
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 160 °C. 
- Using any cookie cutter, cut even size cookies. 
- Place these cookies on a greased tray. 
- Bake these cookies in a preheated oven for 15-18 min. 
- Transfer the baked cookies on a wired rack and let them cool. 
- Your Atta biscuits with all the goodness of jaggery and clarified butter (ghee) are ready to serve.
