Ingredients

  • 200 gm Dates Deseeded
  • 50 gm Almonds
  • 50 gm Cashew
  • 25 gm Watermelon Seeds
  • 25 gm Walnuts
  • 25 gm Pistachio

Instructions

  • In a jar take all the nuts except dates and grind them.
  • Now take dates in jar and grind the dates.
  • Mix crushed dates and grinded nuts well.
  • In case you feel the mixture is tough to bind then you can add 1 tsp of honey to it.
  • Now prepare small size balls from the prepared mixture.
  • I got 20 protein balls with this measurement.
