Chocolate Banana Bread

Step by Step recipe of a healthy whole wheat vegan chocolate banana bread. It’s completely Vegan, no dairy product and no sugar.

Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Banana Medium Size
  • 135 gm Whole Wheat Flour
  • 50 gm Jaggery Powder
  • 80 ml Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder Unsweetened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash all the bananas and make puree.
  • Add Oil, Essence, Jaggery powder and cinnamon powder. Mix well.
  • In a sifter, take wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt. Sieve all the dry ingredients.
  • Now add slowly and gradually all the dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix well using cut and fold method.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes. Pour this mixture into a greased bread loaf tin.
  • Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
  • Once done, Take the tin out of the oven and de-mould the bread. Place it on a wired rack to cool completely.
  • Now slice and serve your healthy Banana Bread.
