Cheese Garlic Pull Apart Bread

This cheese garlic pull apart bread is an Epic! That’s what I will call this bread as. Sometime back I have shared the recipe of cheese garlic bread which is an equally delicious bread. But this epic is sinful yum. Few call it a “Crack Bread” because each piece cracks separately from the crack.

The magic of Pull-Apart Garlic Rolls

This garlic cheese pull-apart bread is a masterpiece and will always stay as a centerpiece of attraction in any get-together. The cracks of this bread will bind your friends together. Above all, you will never go wrong with this bread. Little kids or grown-ups, everyone go crazy for these cheese garlic to pull apart bread. Trust me when I say that this pull-apart garlic bread is going to get you countless fans of your baking skills.

There is something great about this cheesy garlic pull apart bread. Pull Apart is a wonderful choice for your breakfast with a hot cup of coffee. This is an amazing snack option for your parties, great for dinner and goes superbly with soups, pasta, and salads and the combinations are endless.

Easy Pull Apart Garlic Bread Recipe

This bread might look complicated, however, I need to tell you that cheese garlic pull apart bread recipe is an easy recipe and even a novice can get a perfect bake in the first go. The reason I am making this point is that I myself took around 3 months to try hands on this, thinking it’s a difficult bread to bake, but I was wrong.

If you are a bread lover and haven’t yet tried this pull apart bread, you shouldn’t wait anymore. In this pull apart garlic rolls recipe I have used mozzarella cheese, however, you can use Cheddar as well. Serve this garlic bread with cheese dip.

I have curated the list of recommended tools and ingredients for baking. I recommend only tried and tested products that have given satisfactory results in my kitchen.

Ingredients

Use the Conversion Table to convert cups into grams

For Dough

Items Quantity
All-Purpose Flour 3 cups
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lukewarm Water 250 ml
Butter 2 tsp

For Stuffing

Items Quantity
Butter 3 tbs
Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Grated Garlic 2 tbs
Grated Cheese 3 tbs
Milk 2 tbs

Instructions

To make the Dough

Take a dry Bowl. Add yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water and stir it well. Cover it and keep on any dry place for 10 min or till yeast activates.

Activated Yeast

Take another bowl. Add all-purpose flour, Milk powder, salt, and activated yeast. Mix it well.

Dough Ingredients for Garlic Pull Apart

Initially, the dough will be sticky. Take a little bit of butter on your hands and knead the dough for about 7-10 min. Finally, after kneading the dough will be very soft and will not be sticky anymore.

Place the dough into a greased pan and cover it with a Cling wrap or a Kitchen towel. Now keep this pan at some warm place for about 40 minutes or until dough doubles in volume.

To make the Stuffing

In a bowl take melted butter. Add Garlic, Chilli Flakes, and Oregano and mix it well.

To make the Rolls

Once dough doubles in volume, take it out on a dusted surface and punch it to release the air.

Now roll this dough into a sheet (1/2 inch thickness) and evenly spread prepared stuffing.

Grate some cheese and roll the sheet in a cylindrical shape.

Now cut the roll of 1-inch size from this cylindrically shaped dough.

Place these cut rolls in a greased pan by leaving some space in between. Cover it with cling wrap and keep aside until the shaped rolls becomes double in volume again.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 10 min. Apply milk on the rolls and bake these at 200 C for 20 min (Time for bake can be different depending on the size of your oven).

Once ready, take out your cheesy garlic pull apart from the oven and apply some butter or olive oil. Your Cheese Garlic Pull Apart is ready. Serve Hot.

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 10 min. Apply milk on the rolls and bake these at 200 C for 20 min (Time for bake can be different depending upon size of your oven).
  • Once ready, take out your cheesy garlic pull apart from the oven and apply some butter or olive oil. Your Cheese Garlic Pull Apart is ready. Serve Hot.

    Ifb convention oven
    For convention should we preheat or directly use option bread baking

    Or we can use microwave n convention option

    Either way do we need to preheat or not? Pls confirm

      We have not used buttermilk in Cheese Garlic Pull Apart Bread.
      But if you are talking about Honey Buttermilk Bread, then there is no replacement of buttermilk in a honey buttermilk bread.
